Shipping & Return Policy

We will ship items within the United States only. Shipping is free on every order.

We understand that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your orders swiftly. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins we are unable to make any changes to your order. 

Items will be shipped in 2-4 days via UPS, FEDEX OR USPS depending on the item(s) being shipped. The item’s arrival time is dependent upon the carrier.

Online Return Policy:

Any unused item with tags intact may be returned within 14 days of receiving merchandise. If the items have been received longer than the 14-day period, the sale is considered final. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned items and sales receipt must accompany product(s). We do not conduct price adjustments. If the shipped merchandise is damaged from a carrier, full credit returned to original method of payment will be issued OR item(s) will be replaced if available upon proof of damage by carrier.

In Person Return Policy:

Items purchased in-store or online may be returned in person at our Eureka, Missouri location within 14 days with a receipt if item is unused and still in sellable condition. If items are returned in person, a full exchange or store credit will be given in the form of a gift card. We do not conduct price adjustments.
