These terms and conditions (these “Terms and Conditions”) govern your (“you” or “your”) access to and use of all services provided by Lillie James Boutique, LLC via online shopping.

Purchases & Shipping

Items purchased on the website will be shipped to the United States only in 2-4 days via UPS, FEDEX OR USPS depending on the item(s) being shipped or will be available for pickup within 1 business day. The item’s arrival time is dependent upon the carrier. Lillie James Boutique, LLC is not responsible for carrier shipping delays but will assist you with tracking information to the best of our ability when requested. All tracking, delivery & damage issues with the carrier are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

If a customer wishes for any reason to cancel an order it can only be cancelled if the order has not been processed or shipped.  If the order is within the guidelines to be cancelled a refund will be issued in the form of store credit.  It is the customers responsibility to call the store during business hours at 636-549-3396 if an item or order needs to be cancelled. 

Items will be shipped to the United States only and all shipping costs are free to the consumer through this website.

If you are a local shopper you may opt to pick up your item in store at checkout.
